Warranty & Returns

Limited 90 day warranty on all fabricated items manufacturing. No returns of custom fabricated items. Limited 90 day warranty covers all manufacturer defects, finishes, hardware, fasteners, and base materials. Any work or repair performed by an unauthorized third party voids warranty. Any damage from chemicals, such as bleach, lye, acids, bases or other products applied by an unauthorized third party will void warranty. Customer agrees to assume all responsibility for their creative outcome and agrees to pay all fees associated with the fabrication of their custom item. We will try hard to meet the customers parameters, however all materials are subject to limitations in workability, availability, price, hazards, and feasibility. If such a situation occurs we will express our concerns and do our best to provide workable solutions.

Estimates are valid for 15 days. Prices and availability may vary and are subject to change. No return on custom items. The customer assumes the responsibility to confirm all design details, dimensions, materials, hardware and finishes before fabrication begins. Fas Fabrication LLc assumes no responsibility for customers allergies, sensitivities, or chemical intolerances related to materials such as copper, iron, brass, bronze, enamel, wood, adhesives, paints , solvents, etc. 

 

Shipping Prices may vary and some locations may be undeliverable to. The customer agrees to inspect all objects for damage upon delivery and has 5 days to make a claim if any damage is present. Shipping prices may be calculated by weight, dimension or both. The customer agrees to clearly express any special shipping requirements upon purchase.

30 day return policy.(! THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM FABRICATED ITEMS!) Customer has 30 days to return an item and receive a refund. It's the customers responsibility to securely package the item to be returned and provide it to the necessary shipping provider. Some items may apply for free return shipping and some might fall under the customers responsibility.
